Parents
The woman:
- who gave birth to the child; or
- who officially adopted the child.
The man or woman:
- who was legally married to the mother at the time of birth; or
- who legally recognised the child after birth or the unborn child; or
- whose paternity was established in court; or
- who has officially adopted the child.
