Rtrim is an r-package for the analysis of time series of counts of animal populations with missing observations.
The package rtrim contains functions to estimate indices and trends in time series of counts with missing values and to assess the effects of covariates on these indices and trends. This report describes, in some detail, the statistical methods and models implemented in this package.
