Statistics Netherlands (CBS) calculates a Price Index for Newly Built Dwellings (PND) pursuant to an European regulation.
In European Commission Regulation [1] stipulates
that all member states must calculate a PND. This report describes how the new PND is
calculated for the Netherlands as a whole in accordance with guidelines from Eurostat [1],
the statistical office of the European Union.
